Customer Success Manager – AI Solutions (100%)

Location: Davos/Zurich, Switzerland, hybrid

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our customers successfully adopt, scale, and realize long-term value from our AI solutions. You will work closely with customers during onboarding, rollout, and ongoing usage phase – acting as the bridge between customers/users and product.

 

Your Role

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full lifecycle of our AI solutions – from initial implementation to continuous optimization. You will help customers embed AI assistants and use cases into their workflows, train users, gather structured feedback, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

This role sits at the intersection of AI technology, customer enablement, and product improvement and offers high ownership in a fast-growing startup environment.

 

Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead the rollout of AlpineAI solutions (e.g. SwissGPT, Swiss HealthAssist) for new and existing customers.
  • Support customers in integrating AI assistants and use cases into their operational and administrative workflows.
  • Ensure successful go-lives and measurable value realization.

Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions for end users, administrators, and key stakeholders.
  • Help customers understand best practices for using generative AI safely, efficiently, and productively.
  • Create onboarding and enablement materials in collaboration with internal teams.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively support customers during adoption, scaling, and optimization phases.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for questions around AI usage, capabilities, and limitations.

Feedback & Product Collaboration

  • Collect structured feedback during and after implementations.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of AlpineAI’s solutions and customer experience.

Customer Events & Commercial Support

  • Plan and coordinate customer events, workshops, and community sessions.
  • Support the creation of customer-specific proposals and extensions in collaboration with sales.

 

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Strong interest or experience in customer success, customer support, or project management, ideally in a tech or AI environment.
  • Comfortable working with AI-based products and digital tools; prior exposure to generative AI and Prompt Engineering skills are a strong plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Confident and empathetic communicator, able to engage users at different levels.

  • Customer-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership and reliability.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Flexible and willing to support customers when it matters most.

Languages

  • Fluent in Swiss German, German, and English (spoken and written), French is a big plus
