In connection with the use of the AlpineAI platform, AlpineAI AG provides a supplementary agreement governing the processing of data subject to official, professional, or other legal confidentiality obligations (“Confidential Data”). This agreement is intended exclusively for corporate customers who process such Confidential Data on the AlpineAI platform and will be signed by AlpineAI only in this case. Corporate customers may obtain a countersigned copy upon request by signing the agreement and sending it to compliance@alpineai.ch .
