As part of the use of the AlpineAI platform, AlpineAI AG provides the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in accordance with the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The DPA applies directly to natural persons; AlpineAI does not provide a separate signed copy. Corporate customers may obtain a countersigned copy upon request by signing the DPA and sending it to compliance@alpineai.ch .
