Sales Representative & Business Development – Health & AI

Your Role: 

Join us in revolutionizing AI technology within the healthcare sector in Switzerland! We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Representative & Business Development professional with a background in healthcare, or digital health solutions. If you have a strong sales track record, a network in the health industry, and a passion for bringing AI-driven innovation to the medical field, we’d love to meet you! 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

  • Expand Our Health Network: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and medtech firms. 
  • Consultative Sales: Understand healthcare clients› needs and position our AI solutions as innovative tools to enhance patient care, diagnostics, and operational efficiency. 
  • Market Insights & Feedback: Collaborate closely with the product development team, relaying valuable feedback to enhance our AI offerings for the healthcare industry. 
  • Networking & Representation: Represent AlpineAI at healthcare conferences, and networking events to promote our cutting-edge AI solutions. 
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging health tech innovations, and regulatory frameworks to provide strategic insights to our leadership team. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • Established Network: A strong professional network in the healthcare industry. 
  • Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven track record in consultative sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, ideally within digital health or AI-powered healthcare solutions. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the challenges, regulations, and digital transformation trends in healthcare. 
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to convey complex AI concepts in a way that resonates with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. 
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must. Swiss-German is an advantage. 
  • Hands-on & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment and willing to take ownership of projects.
